The main level features a gorgeous living room with oak hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, stacked-stone gas log fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, custom built-in cabinetry, and 46-inch HD flat panel TV. The dining area is to one side of the great room, and near it is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with black granite countertops. There is an oversized half bathroom which includes a laundry room with full sized washer & dryer as well.

Just off the main great room a large master suite with 32-inch flat panel cable TV, king-sized bed, and private bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The upper deck also offers extraordinary long-range mountain views as well as gas and charcoal grills. There's also a 2-car attached garage which is especially convenient during wintry weather and ski season.

The lower level contains a second living area with a 32-inch flat screen cable TV, separate seating area, pool table, a 2nd master suite with king-sized bed, cable TV, walk-in closet and private bath. There are also two additional bedrooms on this level -- a queen bedroom and an adjacent bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed plus a trundle, a large walk-in closet big enough for a port-a-crib and small dresser. Across the hall is a large separate bathroom with double sinks and a jacuzzi tub/shower. If additional sleeping accommodations are needed, there's a full and twin air mattress available complete with mattress pads, pillows and linens/blankets.

The lower covered deck has a wonderful Bullfrog Spas 6-person hot tub where you are still able to enjoy the stunning mountain views.

Conveniently located on a large private wooded lot on Appalachian Ski Mountain between Blowing Rock and Boone, this beautiful home is close to skiing, hiking, fine dining, shopping, golfing, and every High Country attraction.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided

- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
