This beautiful 3-level home in the prestigious Misty Mountain neighborhood, with stunning long-range mountain views, is the perfect place to escape your busy schedule and just hang out!

The main level of this wonderful home is accessed from either the garage or the front door with only one step, so it's great for travelers who need to avoid steps.

The main level features a spacious open floor plan with vaulted stained ceilings above the fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room which contains a satellite HDTV, a large, stone, gas-log fireplace, a half bathroom, and a large master suite with king bed, TV, and private full bathroom with double jetted tub and separate shower. The covered deck with access from the dining areas and living area is equipped with plenty of rockers and 2 dining tables which are perfect for relaxing while soaking in the spectacular views of the John's River Gorge as well as distant mountains and towns.

Down one level is another living area with gas-log, stone fireplace, satellite TV with DVD player, a full bathroom, a room with queen bed, and a suite with a king bed and private full bathroom. There are also 2 doors to a spacious wraparound covered deck with wonderful views.

Downstairs is another living area with TV with theater surround sound and a foosball table, a full bathroom, a room with 2 full sized beds, and access to another large wraparound deck with great views.

Located in the Misty Mountain neighborhood just 10 minutes to Main Street Blowing Rock, Hangin' Out is convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad Theme Park, Appalachian Ski Resort, and only a short drive to all other area attractions as well as great restaurants and shops.

Please Note: There is parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles at the property. No parking is permitted on the street.

-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments.
Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
