Nice and New

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. Beautiful views, nice appliances. We ran into a few small things two of the tvs had not been setup and the water had lots of iron in it. We havent had that issue at any other places but its new so I'm that will get resolved. Overall a lovely place.

Great Stay But Rough Start

First I want to start off by saying that the property is as described. It is beautiful with plenty of room for family or friends. My family arrived to check into the property but were greeted to a dirty house which had not been cleaned. I contacted the property manager and she explained the mix up and had a back up cleaning crew there in an hour. They spent 3 hours cleaning the house. They did a great job. We didnt want them to rush as we wanted everything cleaned the way it should be so we waited patiently. We traveled 9 hours to get there so having to wait an additional 4 hours to check in was a bit much. The property manager was apologetic. After we got settled, the trip went as planned for the most part. Some of our friends did get their car stuck on the drive up the mountain and needed to park at Walmart and ride back with us. We contributed it to them not having all terrain tires but that's neither here nor there. I will say, just make sure your car can handle driving up the mountain. The house itself offered spectacular views, games, a well designed kitchen, bathrooms and beautiful decks. I would definitely recommend booking the property. My family and I had a great time.
