With 3 acres of tranquility and privacy and an open concept floorplan this is the perfect cabin to create new memories in the mountains. Enjoy the fire pit with a gorgeous mountain view and hot tub outdoors along with plenty of indoor activities for the active family.

This custom built one level cabin that is wheelchair accessible offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a chef's kitchen, vaulted family room featuring plenty of seating, a foosball table, shuffleboard, board games, and a Peloton for those who like to get their workout in with a view. Nestled on 3 private acres S'more House offers all the comforts of home without any of the distractions of home.

Located in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area all of the areas outdoor activities are close by including tubing, trout fishing, hiking, and biking. There is also plenty of room to explore on the 3 acres that the cabin sits on.

Featuring a split bedroom plan there are 2 Master Suites along with a bunk room/trundle complete with pine finishes and custom log bedroom furniture. Each bedroom has a smart tv mounted to the wall.

The primary master has a King bed and a desk/work space perfect for a working vacation. There is plenty of space to unpack and stay awhile with a walk in closet and drawer storage. The master bathroom has a vanity area with live edge countertops and double copper sinks. Just a couple of steps away from the bed is an exterior door to the screened in porch perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

On the opposing side of the cabin is the secondary master which has a Queen sized custom log bed with a panoramic view of the mountains.

In the third bedroom there is a bunk bed with easy access stairs to the top bunk and a pull out trundle below.

The inviting family room is the gathering spot of the cabin with plenty of room to relax on West Elm furnishings, play a board game, watch a game on the tv, or partake in one of the full size games. The fireplace with gas logs is perfect for cozying up by and reading a book or taking nap. Any of these activities will include a stunning view of the mountains in the background.

The kitchen which overlooks the family room is fully equipped to prepare any meal including a butlers pantry with an additional sink, wine bar, and plenty of pantry storage. The kitchen table has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together. There is an also a grill on the patio.

The covered carport with direct access to the front door also doubles as outdoor space to hangout. The hot tub is covered on the back porch with a gorgeous view and the elevated fire pit with Adirondack chairs is perfect for roasting s'mores.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin except he owner/cleaner closet.

Our cabin is situated on 3 acres with complete privacy and easily accessible with a regular car.

A car is highly recommended. 4 wheel drive is not necessary.
