"We always choose to stay here if the prices are reasonable because the hotel is in a very good location we’re it’s far enough off the main road and you’re not hearing all the noise and it’s very close to all the restaurants and Dollywood and we always get the room with the option to have your bedroom closed off which means there’s a door and that also helps with the noise outside in the hallway."

"Overall very clean and organized. The staff we did see stayed on top of room service, mopping, towels etc. And they were friendly! The pool area was fabulous for my whole family, never too busy & plenty of room. Buffet was good just wish there were potatoes. The arcade label would be the only downside because it was a ping pong table I believe and 2 board games on a table. When thinking arcade I think video games. So my only suggestion is change the word usage. I would stay here again! Bonus it's right off the main strip but can go the back way to avoid traffic"
