Close to downtown Bayfield

It was a great little getaway, house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to beautiful Bayfield and beach.I/we highly recommend this place.

Great relaxing time

Great Stay.

The Luxury Log Retreat is a great place to stay to enjoy Bayfield and the surrounding area. It is within walking distance to downtown Bayfield. The house has a good size kitchen and living room for cooking together and gathering, and a large backyard for nightly games and campfires. The management team is very responsive and good to deal with. We would highly recommend.

A quiet place to unwind

We spent a relaxing week at the Luxury Log Cottage in Bayfield. The cottage was amazing! It was beautiful, and big with lots of space to accommodate 6 of us and our small dog. The quaint town of Bayfield and Howard Street Beach are a 10-12-minute walk. Grand Bend and Goderich are a 25-minute drive. We had an issue with the oven not working after the power went out. I contacted Jennifer, and she was very responsive to the problem. The issue could not be resolved over the phone, so Jennifer arrived the next day to try and fix the problem. Despite her efforts, she wasn't able to. A service technician arrived the next morning and fixed the oven for us. Cottagestays.ca makes every effort to make their clients happy! I highly recommend Luxury Log Cottage.

Birthday Celebration

Great experience having 4 birthdays in a row. This year we came to Bayfield and found this gem. Couldn’t ask for a better equipped home with many thoughtful additions. As well, the booking agent kept us well informed of the process and routines of our stay Thank you for this retreat.
