Guest Access
A gate pass will be provided upon check-in day. Our unit is located in Tower One at the RaceDay Condo Center. This unit is equipped with a keyless entry, and the code will be sent on the day of arrival.
During your stay, guests will have access to the hot tub, swimming pool, fitness center, and clubhouse.
This condo is located in a gated community, and you must have a pass to enter through the gate to the campus. Only registered guests rate allowed on the property. There is a $500 fine for breaking house rules.

There is elevator access to your front door, and you can park your car in our gated parking lot. While staying with us, you have full access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and clubhouse. The hot tub normally opens in April, and the pool and hot tub usually close in mid-September.

Features Description
Access to the swimming pool and hot tub is seasonal. Please remember that all shared areas are a family-friendly environment. Please be mindful that there are other guests in the complex and no loud noise after 10pm.
Several excellent restaurants, shops, drug stores, Walmart, Food City grocery stores, gas stations, convenience stores and coffee shops are located very close to the complex.
