"The hotel felt fresh and new throughout. The rooms are well equipped with a fridge, safe and plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom was also new and fitted to a high standard. The reception and bar area were both clean and spacious with a small shop with snacks to buy. The breakfast was a self-service arrangement with a good choice of healthy options. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again if I was visiting Essen. "
