"The house was beautiful! Even though we chose one of the coldest weeks of the year to visit, the spa was amazing and very much so needed. "When we arrived we were informed that the two bedroom we booked had a broken pipe and was flooded. We were a little upset, but The manager put us in two one bedroom king suites, decreased the price and comped the 2nd room for us, so we were very satisfied. They were very nice and accommodating given the unfortunate circumstances.
