「There was garbage under the bed and bugs in the shower. It had an unpleasant odor, not a clean odor. The room key didn't work for the pool area, so you had to get the front desk person to let you in. They were pleasant and friendly about it but left people waiting while they did this.」

「THE room was unacceptable. the room smelled had a thumb size hole in the wall and 50-100 nail holes. A/C not working temp was set at 78 and could adjust. We never unpack we went back down and checked out and had problems wanting to charge us for the room. Notified Expedia to get refund had problems with them. NOT HAPPY!! 」

「Where do I start? The maintenance crew would be where to start. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was very loose and moving around, the toilet was running, but my husband fixed that. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles provided. 」

「We arrived at the property very late in the evening. When we went up to our room, in was not locked, the door was open (probably from cleaning). Old keys from last gues were still in room, toothpaste in sink, candy wrappers on the floor. We said something to the front desk and they told us they had no other rooms, so they could not move us.」
