The property was as described—clean, family-friendly, and easy to check in. However, during our stay, the fridge broke, which, in a home intended for families, was a significant issue. I completely understand that things like this can happen, but what truly disappointed me was the lack of response for three days despite reaching out through all available channels.As a family with young children, we had stocked up on groceries, particularly dairy for school lunches. With no fridge, all of it spoiled, forcing us to buy small quantities daily—an added expense and hassle that could have been avoided with timely communication. When we finally got a response, there was no empathy, no offer to acknowledge the inconvenience, and certainly no consideration for the cost of lost food.The fridge was eventually fixed, but by then, the damage was done—not just to our groceries but to our trust in the management. While the property itself was fine, the experience left a sour taste. A simple act of consideration could have turned this around, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this stay based on how this situation was handled.
