Newly remodeled, the gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring high-end Thermador appliances, exquisite stone countertops, and a deep farmhouse sink. The kitchen comes fully stocked with essentials, including a rice cooker, George Foreman grill, ice cream maker, and baking supplies.

Self-check-in is available via smart lock, and detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Nestled in a peaceful, noise-sensitive community, we kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the property's maximum occupancy. Events require host approval. Unauthorized events may result in fees and immediate departure.

📌 The roof top deck is not child friendly.
📌 This property does not allow pets, with the exception of service animals. If you’re visiting with a service animal, please let us know before you arrive. Thank you for your understanding.
📌 No parties or events are allowed
📌 Security cameras are installed outside for safety and monitoring exterior activity only
📌 Basic starter supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided
📌 We ask that all guests keep the property tidy and be mindful of our lovely neighbors.
📌 Avoid rearranging furniture to prevent damage. Any damages may result in charges.
📌No smoking indoors or around the property; this includes e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
📌No eating, drinking, or massage oils in bedrooms.
📌Do not leave appliances on when not at home.
📌Illegal substances are not permitted. Violations may result in immediate departure.
📌Treat the property as your own. Avoid causing unnecessary mess or damage.
📌If accidents happen, please notify us for timely repair/replacement.

📌Property Maintenance:
A service provider may stop by during your stay to care for the outside of the property, such as the hot tub or landscaping. They’ll stay outside and won’t enter the home. See your guidebook for service days and times. We always do our best to let you know ahead of time.

📌Use bins in the garbage closet located down the steps from the courtyard. The garbage company requires composting for all food items (meat included) in the yard waste bin. Please be mindful of trash day, which is Tuesday. If your stay falls on that day, kindly put the bins out on Monday night, as pickups can occur early in the morning, and remember to bring them back afterward.

📌 Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
