"This was our second stay at the Pullman in Liverpool, and I really love this hotel. Large, spacious lobby, with excellent breakfast in the morning, and the room is a large and well equipped. Amazing location right on the Mersey river, and a short walk to the Beatles museums, The Beatles statues and the new restaurants on Albert dock. It’s also a 15 minute walk to Matthew Street with all the Beatles attractions, including the cavern club. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Helpful staff on check in to use carpark. Nice room and bathroom. Shower slippy and no mat but just used towel not unusual. Breakfast good . Didn't use pool but great facility. Very central and great price. Will use again. rec."

"Brilliant location with a fab view of the streets below, apartment was ideal with everything we needed in it. Staff at check in were lovely and complimentary coffee at reception 24/7 was great. We had a one bedroom apartment and it was perfect for us as 2 adults and 2 kids. Can’t wait to book our next trip already!!"

"Another lovely stay. The room is always immaculate and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This time we had a shower that didn't cool down, an iron that leaked and a safe that wouldn't open. Small things, but pretty basic stuff I hope they keep on top off for general maintenance. We will book again though when back home visiting family and friends. Always look forward to it."
