A stunning and generously sized, pet-friendly boutique cottage offering luxury accommodation for 8 guests in four bedrooms. For larger groups there is also the possibility of hiring the adjoining cottage next door -also a group cottage sleeping six.

The property is simply charming and oozes character with its exposed beams and other period features. It is comfortable and well equipped providing reverse-living accommodation with a large attic space on first floor with open plan living, kitchen and dining facilities. A fabulous space for getting together with family and friends. Plenty of room for everyone!

There is also a double bedroom on the first floor with the other three double bedrooms downstairs (all the bedrooms have their own smart TVs )with two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with roll top bath  and overhead electric shower.)

Outside there is a fully enclosed and generous sized garden with large dining patio, summerhouse, Stone barbecue/pizza oven with fresh herbs available for guests use. there is also a pet station so that Guest can clean down their dogs after a muddy walk!

The location is perfect and really does provide you with the best of both worlds for exploring coast and country. Positioned not far from a number of beautiful coastal towns and fabulous beaches, yet you have ancient woodlands, sprawling estate land (the property is minutes walk from Lanhydrock house and Gardens – National Trust - and the property in fact used to belong to the Lanhydrock Estate itself. ).

You really could not be better placed for enjoying a relaxing holiday tucked away yet near to the hustle and bustle and all amenities.

There are a number of supermarkets nearby, plus shops, pubs and restaurants. You are near to the Lostwithiel, known for its Riverside walks and antiques and you are also near the small villages of Lanivet and Lanlivery, each having a lovely country pub.

The property is a favourite for dog lovers wanting to bring their pets on holiday and it’s also a  perfect base for walkers, golfers and cyclists. There is a golf club literally minutes of the road and you are near to lots of walks and cycle trails. You are literally spoilt for choice!
