BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!

Good enough hotel. The food was not very interesting and I got food poisoning on 2 occasions. Roast chicken at the Rooftop Café was good and safe. Not much to do nearby. Lovely people.

Needs some work.

The hotel was fine for a cheap family stay. It was absolutely crowded though. And breakfast was depleted when we arrived. Not even butter for toast or orange juice or cups for tea. It was holiday season and they were trying there best. The pool was full so we didn’t use and people were falling over as it was so wet. Didn’t mind the small rooms had everything a bit annoying you couldn’t go straight out onto the balcony without asking for a key and deposit. I’m an adult I’ll be ok. Liked the top floor view.

エレベーター待ちが長すぎる。朝食のレストランのテーブルが足りない。ルーフトップバーでは注文した食事が１時間半待っても提供されなかった。ルームサービスもインターフォンに出ない。周辺にレストランがないためスイートルームに宿泊したのにPOPMIEを食べた。
