Only issue was the noise from other rooms and the street. Other than that, 5 stars. Staff is great and the driver is the nicest guy possible. Make sure to book him!

I loved this hotel I stayed there s few months ago and I thought, great location, clean, and a good price. This time I came back and made 8 other friends stay in the in the hotel. I booked a suite on the 9th floor and my experience was not the same. Everyday they started making construction noises at 7:30 AM. It was disturbing and completely unaccepted for a hotel. The worst part is that we asked for help several times, telling the front desk they were unhelpful and even lied about it. They told me the noise was coming from another building I was so desperate that i walked up the stairs where thw noise was coming from open the door of the 10th floor and saw 2 guys doing construction work. I asked them to stop and filmed them to make sure the hotel stop lying. Even after walking down myself to the front desk and telling them everything they weren't able to make them stop completely. I did not sleep while staying there. I will not come back and will make sure not to recommend this place again.

Hotel is very nicely decorated. Rooms are good size and bathroom very comfortable with great size shower. Breakfast is outstanding. Lower floors facing street are noisy but we requested a room change and on the 8th floor we were good and quiet. Many restaurants and shopping nearby at Andino and Zone T. Customer service is very good.

I thought it was od that no staff was available to help with lugage. Also no staff came into the room to show how blinds, AC, TV worked, which were actually tricky. The rooms have no privacy if you are sharing it with someone, the shower is all glass and at the entry of the room. The bathroom door to the toilet did not close. Hotel did respond promtly to fix the door and send someone to check on the AC and bad oder we had in the room. Breakfast fine, a bit expensive for kis. Overall it was fine but we will most likely not stay there again.
