Cute and charming property. Not much around during evening. You will be gasping for breath Everytime you come back to your hotel because it’s on top of the hill.

great value for mmoney

A beautiful house in the heart of la Candelaria. The lady attending us was very kind and helpful. The only thing is their check-in time is 4-5pm. Otehrwise you need to get in touch with the host. They charge 15000 COP for late check-in. But it's still great value for the price. I recommend it! :)

Good location

Staff was great although it was challenging as I don’t speak Spanish. The apartment was clean but the view from the room was obscured by the metal grill which was a disappointment, I understand Candeleria is not a safe area at night so it is necessary.

Charming Oasis in town

Lovely place, well appointed, nice staff, great location, mostly pedestrian. Beautiful interior gardens in courtyards. Good kitchenette and grocery stores right next door. Recommended. Only problem was a crazy dog nearby who barked a lot during the day. Wifi was so-so on 2nd floor but there are several spots throughout. Second bed in room was not great, mattress wider than frame so it drooped over on one side and smelled a little old.

Great place to stay!

Bogota is an energetic city with a lot to do. La Candelaria is the best area to stay in and hotel Apartaestudios is an excellent place to stay! Priced right, great management and very friendly staff this is great for a family or individuals! They keep things very safe and give great ideas on how to tour bogota!

Já enviei um email a vocês! Quando chegamos no dia 28 de março, as 10 horas ninguem nos atendeu no hotel. Tocamos a campainha várias vezes, mas não fomos recebidos. Cute apt in bogota

We arrived very early in the morning and they let us checkin way before the check in time. The owner is really nice and English speaking. The apt is very cute, nice view from the rooftop, Hot water, Would be perfect for long stay, good wifi

Mi reserva no fue efectiva para este apartaestudio

Me molesto inmensamente que cuando llegue al Apartaestudio, por casualidad de la vida me atendió (después de timbrar en repetidas ocasiones) la señora del aseo, la cual no tenia información de mi reserva, por lo que llamo a su jefe quien tampoco tenia conocimiento de la misma, aspecto que me parece gravisimo porque uno se confía del proceso que se supone debe realizar la pagina para garantizar lo que esta ofreciendo y lo que uno esta comprando o reservando...después del incomodo momento la señora me informa que justo ese día le desocupaban un apartaestudio a las 5PM y que me podía hospedar ahí si yo lo deseaba (apartaestudio que no tenia nada que ver con lo que yo había elegido en la pagina) y de repeso tenia que cancelarle EN ESE MOMENTO Y EN EFECTIVO, aspecto que me molesto aun mas ya que yo había ingresado los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito a la pagina precisamente porque quería cancelar por ese medio y en ese momento no contaba con el monto que debía cancelar,por lo tanto me toco ir a un cajero para poder darle el dinero a la Señora...todo esto me parece una falta de respeto y seriedad, no sé si de la pagina o del apartaestudio La Candelaria, pero jamas volvería a hospedarme ahí y mucho menos lo recomendaría, en todo caso si no es porque el día anterior me hospede en un hotel y todo salio perfecto, tampoco volvería a confiar en la pagina.

A Boutique hotel in the making

It's not clear who's mistake it was but once again hotels.com has listed accommodations in the room that belong with a different room. This hotel has four different types of rooms, but according to hotels.com they're all the same. Make sure that you reserve at least an A or a B type room, the room that I reserved which was the cheapest was a "D" room. The room did not have a bathtub although it was listed as having one, and was very small. The owner of the place upgraded my reservations for a fee and I stayed in an "A" type room that happen to be available. This hotel is a work in progress and it already boasts some beautiful and unique features such as a court yard open to the sky with a man-made waterfall. This room comes with a balcony which is shared by other members of the hotel and unfortunately they stay up much later than I do. Furthermore, one of the neighbors I think begins playing music at 6 o'clock in the morning and it's loud enough to wake you up if you are asleep. The location is perfect in that you are smack in the middle of the historic district with very beautiful and interesting things to see, but because you are in a high tourist area there are also a lot of scary individuals walking around. A highly visible police presence and blockades at which the police are removing knives from some of the teenagers walking around. Prices for food and meals are not as inexpensive as I had expected, again, probably the result of this being a tourist area.

un'oasi di confort, stile e gentilezza

Questo delizioso rifugio in una delle più belle vie della Candelaria è stato un vero colpo di fortuna. Prenotato tramite expedia, arrivati sul posto per un disguido la camera più economica che avevamo scelto era occupata, così allo stesso prezzo abbiamo usufruito di un appartamento con camera, bagno grande con vasca, soggiorno-cucina e una terrazza con magnifica vista su Bogotà. Gentilissima la signora della reception che l'ultimo giorno ci ha lasciato stare in camera fino alle 20, senza alcun sovraprezzo, dato che il nostro volo era nella notte. Voto 10.
