Inconveniente reserva a través de hoteles.com

Reserve y pague por Hoteles.com, cuando llegue al hotel me decían que no podían hacer mi registro porque las confirmaciones llegan al correo de un señor que parece ser el administrador y que el no estaba entonces que no tenían como confirmar mi reserva, me dieron el número del señor y no contestó, tras pregúntale a la señorita de la recepción que entonces porque aceptaban reservas y pagos por hoteles.com me indicó que no había problema y que ya el check in estaba hecho, es decir que si podía verificar mi reserva y me estaba mintiendo o me dijo esto solo para que me tranquilizara y ella después verifico el correo?

A huge disappointment. The property looks old and without maintenance, the pictures are from, I guess, 30 years ago. The room was old, with an old 14 inches TV, with damage cable signal where you had to guess who was on screen. The bathroom smelt terrible. The bedsheets were old and with bloodstains. There was a used condom inside a drawer. We asked to get a cleaning service the first day but they did not do it and we had to arrive late at night to change the sheets our selves! The internet got disconnected most of the time. The breakfast is terrible, just some eggs, chocolate, and small bread. The only nice thing we got was we were assigned a big room immediately we arrived at 8 am. But I don't recommend this hotel to anyone! It was a really hard experience.

El hotel está en un sitio muy tranquilo, la atención de las recepcionistas es muy buena. La habitación donde me hospede es bastante sencilla, como recomendación sería bueno q tuvieran Tv Cable y variedad al momento de ofrecer el desayuno. En general la pasé bien.

The hotel is centrally located in the Chapinero area. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room is not made up unless requested. TV is very old and only one channel could be watched. There is no AC and no heater. Unfortunately not all windows will close shut and the curtains were not thick enough to keep the light out. I

The hotel is centrally located in the Chapinero Area in Bogota. A taxi or Uber must be taken to go to the restaurants area. Staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful. The hotel needs some maintenance. It does have hot water and we did not have any problems with the wifi service. The room was not cleaned unless requested. Breakfast is included on some room rates but it is limited to the whatever they are offering that day. There are no options. In Bogota the weather is mostly cold so the AC is not necessary but it may get a bit chilly and there is no heater in the room. Our room had windows that did not close properly and the cold wind would go thru. There is no black out curtains so it difficult to sleep. The TV only had one channel that could be watched. We had to request soap and toilet paper as it was never replaced during our stay. It is a budget friendly hotel.

Buenas tardes.mi comentario hacia este establecimiento muy mal.No lo recomiendo para nada.la habitación q pague por adelantado luego llegó allí había cables tirados por todo el suelo las televisoras no servían no podía verse.y las ventanas estaban e stropeadas y entraba todo el frío ala habitación.mal servicio de limpieza sin toallas y sin calefacción para ser un hotel tan caro q menos q haya calefacción.total fueron noches muy malas.y para rematar había cancelado todo el precio y cuando m voy a marchar y entregar las llaves m dicen q debo 91.000 pesos aparte por los servicios y el seguro por si te pasa algo pero tienen q informar al huésped si lo q quiere o no.y no . Preguntaron nada.total una gran estafa y engaño.No obstante puse una queja ante consumo y esta en trámite porq no tengo q pagar impuestos en este país.No lo recomiendo la atención y el lugar muy malo.
