The room and location are fine. However, the room had no drinking glasses, the fridge was broken, they could not provide ice when needed, there was no hair dryer in the room, there was no conditioner available, the staff could not provide me with a printed receipt upon check out, the breakfast was not self serve (behind a screen) and selection and quantity was very bad. There are better options around this property. I will not stay here again.

I was very impressed with how clean the property and rooms were. All the staff was very friendly. Showers are hot and beds very comfortable. Mini fridge in the room which was great for keeping waters cold. Would definitely stay here again.

Walk to the convention centers; clean & updated.
Great budget option for events at Corferias, Agorá, Hilton or for business at the US Embassy & Consulate. Outside it doesn't look like much but the rooms have been updated, the internet is good and everything was clean. Rooms have a small fridge. The breakfast was pretty basic, but nearby there are many restaurant options and grocery stores. The area is urban but pretty safe. I used to live in Bogotá so I know the area well. You can walk to the Agorá, Corferias and Hilton convention centers, and the US Embassy is a short taxi ride or a moderate walk away. This hotel is also much closer to the airport than the luxury hotels on the north side of the city. The price is right, so I will stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout and I have already made another reservation there. For the price this hotel is really good value so I do not necessarily understand the complaints of other reviews. The area is good too. I used to live in Bogotá not too far from here. It is practically the geographic centre of the city and it’s easy to get to most parts. Yes, the area itself is not that interesting but it’s safe and transport is good from there.

Terrible! Was charged the local taxes when obviously I’m a foreigner. Will be now have to waste time reversing the charge with the card companies.

I little noisy out side, the windows do not insulate the noise, but the staff it's very friendly and helpful , clean bedroom, excellent breakfast and the Hotel it's very close to Corferias. I recommended this Hostel when visit Bogota.

Excellent but...
Everything Excellent, but i had a issue with the night shift security, because i ask for towells, because the housekeeper forgot about it , this guy go inside the room at 11 pm to verify if i had towells or not, which is totally a lack of education and irrespectfully.

I was very pleased with my stay there. Everything went great and the staff was very nice. They let us check in early! The breakfast was very tasty and the service was also good.

Comfortable stay
Very enjoyable stay. The staff are friendly and eager to help. Also I had a very early flight and they let me do an early check in without any issues (for an extra fee). The area seemed safe and easy to get around. The included breakfast was great in my opinion, all of the breakfast basics like juice and cereal or they can make you an omelette anyway you like. Great staff! The gym is very small but if there is one or two people you can still get a good workout if you know what you are doing. Lastly, only small gripe is that the area gets busy in the morning with traffic and it gets very noisy very early, if you plan to sleep to noon on a weekday good luck. Or better yet, get up at 7 and go explore the beautiful Bogotá.
