The rooms were so spacious and always clean. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of Colombian-style dishes and “typical” American breakfast buffet and service was 10/10. Would stay here without a doubt
Location wise it was great. Staff was not customer friendly. Hotel would charge $2.00 for small water bottle found in room. Extra hour past check-out hotel demanded extra payment. Most hotel fo not. We were two guests in one room reserved for 2 and hotel would charge for additional key. Very unpleasant stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The location is excellent, and the service provided was exceptional!
Special thanks to Lorena from the Front Desk, who diligently assisted us together with another very kind gentleman from the Hill House team. They both handled our last-minute request to set up the sofabed upon our late-night arrival. Her prompt action and professional disposition were truly commendable.
We would also like to mention Juan from the restaurant, who was extremely dedicated in serving breakfast and attending to all our requests with kindness and attention. Even on the days he worked alone, he multitasked effortlessly while still delivering excellent service.
Our room attendant, Nahalie (apologies if the name is incorrect), kept our room in impeccable condition every single day.
Alejandro at the Front Desk was also always ready to assist with courtesy and good manners.
To the entire Hill House team, thank you for making our stay a very pleasant and memorable one!
Booked this hotel for my grandma and she had a pleasant stay.

I’ll never stay there again
Right from the start it was a bad experience.
Hotel staff refused outright to check me in and made me do a virtual check in wether I likes it or not.
Bathroom door was broken dis not close
Electrical outlets were hanging out of the walls nd the so called breakfast was like store bought stale bread and watered down coffee. This hotel has nothing going for it at all
The staff was very helpful. We chose this hotel because it's close to a vegan restaurant and by the mountains and walkable. There were a few broken things in our room but it didn't bother us. The room seemed to not have been used in a long time. We just had to ask for new towels etc. The problem in Bogotá is that no one has AC/heat so you have leave the windows open and there is a lot of traffic/noise and smog so sleeping is difficult because of that. Additionally, all the beds are very different than what you're used to in the States, my husband who is six two never fits. There was no vegan option in the breakfast menu so we had to cook in the apartment.
Great location with wonderful restaurants in the area. The downside there is a bar across the street with a comedy club… which was very noisy. Two beds but one was very small.

Good location but...
Due to its location, it is extremely noisy from Thursday to Saturday. There is a street market on Saturdays and Sundays and at night discos that play loud music.
In addition, there is no bellhop service.
A little run down. It may have been a very nice place to stay a while back. Stuffy smell in the bedroom. I stayed at a suite. I had to ask to remove hair from previous tenant from the bathroom and bedroom floor. No air conditioning and only one window in the entre apartment/suite opened up.
It was one of the worst experiences of my life… the receptionist are seriously the most rude people I have ever meet in my life. Even asking them a simple question about breakfast or check out was met with terrible attitude and gross comments.. the place smells as soon as you walk in. And we got the junior suite which was old and outdated
It definitely looked nicer on the pictures. It is a great location, but for some reason it gave me Motel vibes, and above all, THE BED WAS AWFUL! It felt like I would've been more comfortable sleeping on the floor, it was the most painful sleep I've ever had. There was also a sign inside the room saying that the hotel is not responsible for our things inside the room and to put anything of value inside the safe, however, you can't put laptops in there because it's small. Breakfast was truly bare minimum with just 3 cereals and milk. You can order fruit, pancakes, and eggs separately but it was very lacking of what breakfast options are in other hotels that are much better and are the same price. Overall, I wouldn't recommend or come back.
I can't believe this hotel has 4.3 stars on Expedia. The worst experience I have had in Bogota. The photos are false advertising. The price does not correspond to the quality of the hotel. I am staying with my husband and the room is like a closet. It has no ventilation and smells musty. The supposedly queen bed is super small and short. The safe's instructions are confusing. We arrived, we put our cell phones in the safe to go get something to eat and when we came back it couldn't be opened. It was 4:30 p.m. and Alejandro from the front desk said that he couldn't do anything because the manager had the master key and he had already left. He said we wait at 7:30 a.m. of the next day. We had work appointments from 8 a.m. and we only hope to solve the next morning. It turns out that this Mr. Alejandro never told the manager. The next morning we were told that the manager was not coming because he had a medical appointment. We were incommunicado and anguished. In the end a maintenance man came at 11:30 to open the box. The truth is that this whole situation is super frustrating and for the price we are paying as if it were a 4 or 5 star hotel, it is absurd. The customer service is lousy and they don't care about anything and the hotel is lousy.
