"Pros - Clean room, breakfast was excellent, rooms were a good size, front desk and breakfast staff was really welcoming and friendly. Very good stay. And would stay again. Cons - Parking lot was eh. Lots of people smoking in cars in the lot all hours. Seemed that some people were living there on government emergency housing vouchers. Still felt safe, just a bit trashy at times as we saw some seemingly drugged out people, and a couple with all their household belongings on luggage carts hanging out in the lobby. "

"My girlfriend car got broken into and the staff was no help retrieving the footage so we can give it to the police will Never come here again a bad establishment booked a king size gave me a double bed they should be shut down and roaches are in the room "

"I had previously stayed at this hotel & everying was good. Upon arrival at this stay their computer system was down, this was the first day for desk manager. She could not reach supervisor or housekeeping staff to verify if room was availabe. I was forced to find another hotel at the last minute. I will not return back there again. I was able to get my reservation monies refunded when Expedia called the hotel to confirm that the rooms were not available. Thanks Expedia😀"
