This charming studio has been designed and conceived for the DIY tourist. Centrally located between Bologna Central Station and Piazza Maggiore (10 min walk). It is located in the street of the canals (Little Venice), one of the most beautiful areas of the city! A few meters away there is a huge underground car park and the stops of the urban lines that in a few minutes lead to the Bologna fair and the FICO, the largest agri-food park in the world. On foot you can reach the main points of historical and cultural interest of the city: the two towers, the municipal theater, Via Indipendenza, the Archiginnasio, the Basilica of San Petronio, the Morandi museum, the MamBO, the Archaeological museum. The characteristic restaurants and the surrounding trattorias serve tasty dishes of the Emilian cuisine. Cinema and trendy clubs are all close as the university area is nearby.
The accommodation has been renovated and furnished in January 2019. It is small but cozy, has all the comforts, is in a quiet position because within the ZTL area.
The building where it is located overlooks the canal of the Moline, one of the medieval canals that were the engine for the economy of the city.
The studio consists of a living room with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, a dining table, a fitted kitchen corner (microwave oven with grill, induction plate, fridge with freezer, kettle, moka) equipped with all the utensils for preparing meals, 40-inch LED TV. Completed by anteroom, bathroom with large shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer. The furnishings have been chosen with care, the furniture is new in modern style. Also included are free Wifi and linen (sheets, bedspreads, towels for showers and towels), personal hygiene products (soap, shower gel, shampoo), products for cooking (sugar, salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee) ).
