The room was clean and location was great. Easy to get around. I appreciate that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check- out. I recommend and would stay here again.

Desde el primer momento que escribí para consultar mis dudas, recibí una respuesta rápida, precisa y educada. Luca estuvo atento en todo momento y fue muy profesional, dándome consejos tanto de dónde comer como de qué visitar. Respecto a la habitación, todo fue genial: cama cómoda y un juego completo de toallas de varios tamaños. Un gran detalle el café gratis con dulces. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta, a 10 minutos andando de absolutamente todo. Si vuelvo a Bolonia, no dudaré en quedarme en el mismo sitio. Repito: la atención de Luca fue impecable y profesional; es algo que siempre se agradece mucho.

Perfekt zu erreichen vom Bahnhof und auf direktem Weg zur Piazza Maggiore. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück mehr, aber genügend Bars in der Umgebung. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Man fühlt sich direkt wie ein Einheimischer.

Lucca checked us in on time and was very welcoming. He gave us spot on recommendations where to dine. They were all local faves and though long lines could form and very busy, it was worth the wait. B&B is very clean and modern. Next door to the B&B is a cafe which served very good coffee and pastries - a great option and the barista was very nice. The B&B is close to everything: restaurants, the centro, the Bologna Centrale train station and just a couple of blocks is a Gelateria that is so popular among the locals. The location of the B&B is always bustling with locals and tourists alike. It’s so alive! We would definitely stay here again.

Personal war äußerst nett und liebevoll. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, Getränke im Kühlschrank hatten einen super Preis. Es war sehr ruhig und unkompliziert. Lage auch top, in der Nähe vom Zentrum.

Great location, great communication, average room

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shutters were amazing - totally black out. Location was excellent. Was very quiet from outside, but could hear a lot from inside. Earplugs recommended. The Aircon was also facing the bed, which made me ill as the air was blowing on my face all night :(

The bathroom was the highlight. Spacious and modern. We could walk to all the best areas from the room. Its more like a hotel room than an apartment, which suited us. And getting to and from major transport in 10 to 15 minutes suited us.

We had an amazing stay at La Finestra Sul Canale! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and offered great suggestions for things to do in the city. The space was very clean and we felt very safe. We would definitely recommend it and hope to come again!

Oikein ihana ja siisti pieni hotelli tavallisessa asuinrakennuksessa (ilmeisesti entiseen asuntoon tehty). Saapumisvastaanotto järjestyi, vaikka en tullut tavalliseen check in-aikaan, ja henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Henkilökunta ei ole paikalla kuin sopimuksen mukaan, mutta aina tavoitettavissa. Huoneen sisustus oli moderni ja erittäin hyvässä kunnossa. Lisäksi huone oli oikein tilava ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Suosittelen. Nette Gastgeberin, sehr saubere Unterkunft, wo täglich sauber gemacht wurde. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig, Zentrum in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen.

Warm welcome. We arrived early but were able to leave our luggage in a locker until check-in. No problems leaving luggage between check-out and train either. Not all rooms have a canal view, by the way. Comfortable room.

Poor communication

I’m not giving 5 star because of poor communication by hosts. No one came to welcome us despite the site stating so, I had to call to find out that nobody was coming. Further queries got an-answered. Despite all that the room is in a good central position, it was clean and comfortable. The lady cleaner was lovely. BTW, our room was not facing the canal, but the street so bring your earplugs as you can hear people chatting until very late.

Abbiamo pernottato a gennaio. La stanza ci è stata data in perfetto orario rispetto quanto pattuito con la gentilissima responsabile. Posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla staizone, tra via delle Moline e via Oberdan. Pulita, silenziosa, calda e moderna nell'arredo. Dovessimo tornare a Bologna per qualche notte sicuramente considereremo nuovamente la struttura!
