The contemporary interior has been finished to a high standard, with stylish furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The cosy double bedrooms have ample storage space for clothes and comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a rainfall shower as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the apartment.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment building is located on a lovely cobbled street surrounded by buildings from the 1600s. With the location being so central, it is a less than two minutes walk to restaurants, cafes, high street stores and bars. Crompton Place Shopping Centre, Bolton Art Gallery, The Octagon Theatre and The main train station are all within easy walking distance.



Getting Around:

Being in such a central location, it's easy enough to explore the town and it's attractions on foot. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the main bus and train stations which both link other UK towns and cities.



Other Things to Note:

Please confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance to give us enough notice to make the necessary arrangements.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applied as a late check-in fee.



Please note, we cannot offer any check-ins after 10pm



For security reasons:

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
