“Charming studio apartment located right off the main street in Vernazza. Clean, roomy and conveniently located to food, the train stations and trails to Corniglia and Monterosso. Only one downside...the stairs are numerous, steep and uneven. You might have difficulties if you have a lot of luggage or have trouble with stairs.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The view was as advertised - we were lucky in the off season to have very nice weather so every night we feel asleep with moonlight hitting the sea right outside our balcony. Two bits of advice is you book here - first, if you're walking from the train station, take the staircase on the right just before you would walk through the tunnel between new town and old. Our host was using Whatsapp with translation on and it wasn't super clear until it was too late. Second, we……

“Rigtig rigtig dejligt ophold. Vi fik en lækker lejlighed der havde hvad man havde brug for til at kunne lave lidt mad selv. Vi købte morgenmad på stedet den ene morgen og det var rigtig lækkert. Min hustru kan ikke tåle gluten og der var brød, de kørte tilmed ned i byen mens vi spiste og købte lidt kage, så udvalget blev lidt større - rigtig god service. Poolen var lækker. Vi planlægger at tage dertil igen på et tidspunkt :)”

Every corner of the castle had something interesting: the kitchen was fantastic (we made pizza in the pizza oven), we had drinks in the taverna, lounged in the pool, and had dinners on the balcony overlooking the sea. “This was a wonderful place. The view was fabulous. The furnishings were beautiful. Everything was very clean. Bathroom and kitchen were very nice. The washing machine worked well. The location was a five-minute walk from the train station. We enjoyed being so close to all the shopping and dining spots. We would stay here again without hesitation. ”

“Jo was very responsive and the photos in the listing are accurate. We have been to Manarola previously and were very pleasantly surprised with the walk up to the property. No steps, rather a well paved walkway to pull up suitcases. It is still uphill, but much easier than the steep stairs. Plus, the view walking up and when reaching the sea is worth every step. ”
