I had the most amazing stay and experience at Adams home in Bonita Springs. The house is amazing and the property has plenty of room and privacy. I loved the scenery and there is so much to do right in the area. Adam was very easy to work and communicate with. We will definitely becoming back and would recommend staying at this home.

This property could be great - with a lot of cleaning, maintenance and updating! The yard was overgrown and had trash from 4 large overfilled trash containers spread around the yard. There was unwashed linens and the house has not been cleaned.

This home is on an exceptional site! Just a few miles from the Gulf Coast and bustling shopping districts, the house is nestled in thick, mature trees and plants, giving complete privacy - we might of been miles from any neighbors. Plenty of easy parking for our large vehicles, and newly appointed outdoor spaces: porches, fire pit, covered lounge areas with entertainment system, hot tub, yard games, bicycles - more diversions than we had time to enjoy. The kitchen is well-stocked with top-notch cookware, and the common spaces were perfect for hanging out and meals together.

We were attempting to stay here. At check in, realized place was not cleaned at all. Cancelled reservation by the property owner. Property owner did help us find a different location via a friend, but this location did not help or work out at all. Ended up costing a lot of money.

there were only 7 beds, we asked for 12, outside was filthy, trash everywhere, dumpster not dumped in weeks, animals were in it, we saw rats run across drive way, hot tub was cloudy, smelled terrible, scum on sides, not recommended. We should get some money returned.

Arrived on site at 4 PM. Called and texted homeowner many times with no response.Home finally texted back four hours later with a code to only the downstairs area. Said they could not talk right now. Play says it will sleep 20 people. We had 12 seven beds. No single beds as it said.. We had people sleeping on loveseats and couches for five days. Location was great. Could be a great rental. Place was a mess. Sheets and covers were on the patio in a pile from last renters. No toilet paper into the bathrooms. Had to go by myself. No dish soap, no soaps any kind. Coffee makers did not work no garbage bags. If you moved a nightstand or coffee table, garbage, and dirt below it. It was horrible. Automatic door locks did not work. No batteries in remotes..to any TVs. Took two days for owners to respond to get Wi-Fi passcode.

The house was perfect for all of us! Beds were comfortable which is so important! House was clean but garbage was an issue. It wasn’t taken to the street so the animals got into it. Other than that it could use some clean up around the outside of the house but the inside is beautiful! Hot tub was great too! There is one stair that needs to be replaced walking upstairs. Owner is great and responded to everything. Would definitely rent again!
