Great location and cute space are the 2 positives. Negatives were floors and rugs were dirty with cobwebs throughout, pans didn’t fit in the oven, squealing dishwasher, no internet or shower hot water, until the 5th day of our stay. We had a woman from Vacasa answer our complaint call but became very rude and disrespectful, due to our complaints and her being upset by how we answered her questions. We stated that we expected things to be as advertised and basic necessities to be met (not having hot water to shower) and that we were expecting them to fix the issues and since 5/7 of our days were without these things, some sort of compensation would be expected. We were told that the owner would have to approve that but we still have not been contacted!! This was our first experience with VRBO but sadly, probably our last.
