DECEPCIONANTE!!!

O quarto é pequeno, decepcionante! Fiquei na suíte premium e foi péssimo. O chuveiro não saía água quente suficiente, espelho manchado, cama com o lado esquerdo quebrado e rangendo. Era uma ocasião especial (meu aniversário), minha esposa solicitou um carinho, um cartão, qualquer coisa para não passar em branco. Mas não fizeram nada!!! Primeira e única vez nesse hotel, não indico e quem me perguntar, faço questão de falar da minha decepção.

Maravilhoso!

Acho até que as fotos não fazem jus ao hotel, pois pessoalmente é ainda mais bonito. Só achei o acesso ao café da manhã ruim pois fica do lado de fora e sem cobertura visto que em dias de frio e chuva se torna complicado. Achei as opções fracas também. Mas no geral foi excelente!

Ótimo hotel em Bonito

Hotel com quarto muito confortável e espaçoso (suíte presidencial), bem localizado. O café da manhã tem bastante variedade mas de qualidade boa mas não ótima, pode pedir também o preparo de tapiocas, sugiro disponibilizar uma sanduicheira para o preparo de lanches quentes. Nosso quarto estava com uma luz piscando Durante toda a estadia.

Ecológico até demais.

A estádia foi agradável, porém a limpeza ficou a desejar. A piscina é sempre verde, acho que usam a desculpa de ser ecológica... a banheira de hidromassagem é imunda após esvaziá-la, foi possível observar diversos tipos de sujeira proveniente do encanamento!!!

Na chegada do Hotel tentei fazer o check in, eram 11:45 e me informaram que era só as 14, apesar de na pagina de vcs constar 12:00 e o hotel estar vazio, a atendente não me deu a mínima atenção. O quarto a cortina nao fechava, 5 da manhã e o sol ja batia iluminando todo o quarto. Amanhacemos com varias formigas tb por todo o ambiente, alem da descarga quebrada. O café da manhã estava muito bom, assim como a área externa, jardim e piscina do hotel Serem muito agradáveis. No checkout fui informar a atendente sobre a cortina e as formigas porem Ela nao me respondeu nada e nem me Olhou.
