“Extremely poor communication from management, upon arrival we realised the place was under renovation. No communication was made to us otherwise I wouldn’t have selected the property to stay. You book a holiday place in Bonito to relax, as a get away so you can switch off from work, traffic and noise. As we get there, the business is expanding so they had all type of machinery, from drills to hammer drills, grinders, etc. Broken tiles at the main entrance area which gives excess to the rooms……

“O hotel é ótimo tem boa localização, o ponto alto são os funcionários que são muito educados e gentis a limpeza e os quartos, o ponto baixo é a instabilidade do wi-fi. ”

“The roommos very nice , but our suite was big , but Very old furnish for the money they charge for. Need new towels and new bed sets . ”

“環境很棒，有泳池、兒童休憩區，早餐還不錯，但是旅館餐廳的餐點不好吃，而且要等很久，餓到一個不行的時候還吃到不美味的食物，讓人失望，如果可以不要在飯店用餐就儘量避免吧。”

The staff are absolutely amazing — super attentive, polite, and always smiling. They truly make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
