Mountain heaven

Right in the middle between boone and banner, perfect location. Hawks nest was 10min away and groceries etc 12min. Go to grandfather winery if you get a chance! 100% will stay here again!

Great house for a group, great layout.

Echota is a great place to visit and this house is close to the indoor pool so great for winter visitor.

Overall was good experience, except sheets were not very crisp, couldn't find pillow covers and didn't have sugar and oil to cook

Family mountain weekend

Great house for our multigenerational family weekend. The living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen supplied with all the cooking and serving needs. Could use a dedicated pantry space with nothing else stored in it, so renters have food storage space. The deck could use some maintenance, not real comfortable with deck railing. Did not use hot tub because it seems to need maintenance also.
