We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our big group with much to keep the kids entertained. They loved the theater, the arcade, and the play house. We loved sitting on the deck admiring the view or near the fireplace. There was much to explore in the area and plenty of activities at the house when it rained.

Couples Get Away

A great experience from start to finish. Home is beautiful. Just as described on the website. Very clean. The movie theatre was fantastic. We all gathered (13) in the theatre 3 of the 4 nights. Complimentary candy was much appreciated. Game room was also enjoyed nightly. Kitchen was well stocked. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t supplied. We cooked in every night and used the grill and flat stone. The deck is amazing and had enough seating for all of us to enjoy. The view was impressive off of the deck. We highly recommend this home. All 13 of us agree that we would return.

Perfect Vacation Home

Amazing house

The house was incredible. Amazing decks, fully stocked kitchen. The kids had a blast on all the slides, the game room, and the play house. Only complaint is that Thea/C was not working upstairs. The rooms were over 80 degrees and we could not cool them down. When I sent an email to the management I never heard back.

Family Fest

Peachtree Ridge is like none other. The home was prefect for our family reunion, members of all ages. The accommodations went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hospitality and response of Arcadian, Julia, was superb. After our stay at Peachtree Ridge it will be hard to find a match for our next family gathering!

Awesome mountain property…

This property is outstanding. So much to do that we couldn’t fit it all in the week. The house has an incredible view and sits in quiet neighborhood making the stay very relaxing.

Family Reunion

I was a beautiful home and view! We had a wonderful time. Would go back again. It was in a great location My only critique is that since daily cooking was required, a list of equipment would have been nice so we could bring what was not available. Also, had issue with kitchen towels and paper towels. For twenty people we were given 2 Terry towels and 1 roll of paper towels, as well as 1 roll of toilet paper. May want to include more considering the amount paid and number of people it can accommodate. Also, there were supposed to be 2 cribs per listing info, instead there was one crib with two pack n' plays, We had communicated that there would be 2 toddlers and 2 infants. We were unable to use the crib because it had a blow-up mattress was is not breathable. A heads up would have be good for baby accommodations. This caused problems for adult beds.

A "Cousins' Week Dream"

Extravagant views, open space layout and enough "in house" activities to entertain generations! We hosted our annual "Cousins' Week" recently, gathering my two siblings and their children for a week of family versus family pool, dance offs and air hockey tournaments. The house was beautifully decorated and well kept with plenty of beds and amenities. We will absolutely keep this one on our list for a return!

Amazing place!

This home was the perfect place for us! We had a large family gathering with multiple ages and interests. There was something for everyone! I think every game was played and every room used. The kitchen and patio grills/griddle made it very easy to cook for the large crowd. The kids of course loved the slides and playhouse within the house. Exploring when we first arrived was so much fun. The views were amazing from the porch and it was a private location. Would highly recommend this house!

Property was a great place for our large family if 24 to stay as there were enough beds and entertainment spaces for everyone. Beds were very comfortable with nice sheets and covers and plenty of pillows. The main floor was a perfect place for us to gather as there was plenty of seating and tables both indoors and out and wonderful views! After dark, we enjoyed sitting on the u-shaped couch with pillows and throw blankets for all.We did all our cooking there and enjoyed the counter seating and large island rep area. However, we really could have used the second dishwashing machine which was out of order upon our arrival and was not fixed during our stay. Additionally, we had planned on making a small number of pizzas, but the pizza oven did not light. It was an electronic ignition switch, and we used an extension cord to try to get it to light, but to no avail. We made the pizza on the flat iron grill and it was ok. We had several other issues (for example, HDMI cord for dvd player was missing, but property management got us a new one) , so I would say that visitors should not count on having everything in absolute working order as there are so many electronic devices that perhaps that is to be expected.? So, we had some issues, but we worked with the property manager who was very responsive . Overall, we felt the property was slightly under 5 stars due to having only 1 dishwasher.

Amazing Mountain Home

We had a group of 20 including 12 kids ranging in age from 8-16. This home is absolutely incredible. There is an abundance of activities for all ages. Our kids loved all of the arcade games. The adults spent most of our time taking in the amazing views from the deck, kitchen and family room, as well as sports and movies in the theatre. We cooked our meals each night and the kitchen is well equipped for preparing and eating for large groups. The property manager was very responsive to our requests. This home exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend!

Exceptional Stay

This property lived up to all of our expectations. Everything was clean, well stocked, and in working order. Just as advertised. Arriving at the home was curvy, but straight forward. There was plenty of privacy and parking areas. The views were spectacular. The house comes stocked with just about anything you could need and all the finishings are of very high quality. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was more seating than we knew what to do with. We especially enjoyed the 2 outdoor fireplaces where we could unwind and roast s'mores in the evenings. Lastly, our hosts were very accommodating and polite. I simply could not ask for anything more. 5 full stars!

The perfect family wedding!

Just WOW! The photos just don't do this house justice. We were completely blown away by the views, the amenities, the quality of all the finishings. Every bedroom is unique but so comfortable. We had 19 adults staying in the house but its so large you felt like you could always get some peace and quiet if you wanted and there was just so much to do you would need a fortnight to enjoy it all!!! We booked for a small family wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect. Getting married with the views in the background and having everyone in one spot was exactly what I wanted, not to mention who else has photos of them coming down the multiple slides in a wedding dress :-) The kitchen has double of everything so absolutely no problem catering on a large scale. Whether you are having a family get together, a special event, or just a plain old vacation - BOOK THIS HOUSE - you will not regret it!!!

Superb house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this new house. The game room was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with high end products. The bathrooms were large. The beds were very comfortable, with a nice added touch of a soft robe. The only feature that was a little tricky was that sound carried in the house easily. Being a sound sleeper, it did not bother me. Some though were lighter sleepers and woke up or could not fall asleep if someone was in the kitchen or the movie theater. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place as a getaway for a large group. Fantastic!

Amazing!

WOW! This house has absolutely everything you could think of. Plenty of space, lots of bedrooms, and the entire place was spotless on arrival. Beds were extremely comfy. The kids hardly left the arcade room during the 3 days, except to go down one of the THREE slides built into the house, and they loved the playhouse sleeping area. The sauna and steam room were absolutely amazing for the adults. Views from the massive deck are some of the best we've seen. The property is incredibly private, and for being in the mountains, the drive in and out is an absolute breeze. Outdoor fireplaces were perfect for the cool nights. Hosts were incredible, and we appreciated all the extras. Nice welcome basket, s'mores, and popcorn in the theater. Thank you for all the memories. We are already looking to book again for next year. This place has set the new standard, and was so impressive it may have ruined all future vacations we take!

Introduction of families and wedding

The property manager, plumber, EVS (housekeeper) were all amazing! The house was wonderful! Did have some mild issues that were quickly corrected. The images of this house do not do it justice! It is HUGE!!! We all loved the extra perks like the candy/popcorn in the movie theatre, and s’mores for the many fireplaces. We held our wedding on the porch with the amazing views! There was plenty of space and seating for everyone. Young and old alike enjoyed the multitude of amentities. The kids even managed to stay off their tablets because of the 3 slides in the house and all the other activities. Our favorite…the two zero gravity electric massage chairs!! There was a waiting list constantly for them. Do wish that there was a second bathroom on the lower level, but overall very pleasant stay. Some arcade games were not working and it looks like the tv in the theatre will be upgraded soon. Would recommend having instructions posted on how to operate the sauna and spas. It was a lot of trial and error for us. The drive up was not too difficult for our handicapped guests that required wheelchair use and oxygen. Will say that this house was not completely handicapped accessible, but our one guest was able to manage the few stairs and stay on the main level with wheelchair use. Would definitely like to come back! It is a must for kiddos! They fought over the tiny playhouse beds.

Great space that needs some refinement

First, I'll start with the good. The designers did a great job in creating a large, fun space for family gatherings. The game rooms and theater and children's playhouse are outstanding. Also, the views are incredible. However, there were a few things that might make me hesitate to stay here again. First, some of the games were already showing wear, & the house hadn't been open for very long. I suspect that's to be expected with the nature of such games, and there were enough that were in good condition that it didn't really impact our stay. Second, we had a situation where the smoke detectors were going off throughout the house nonstop. We weren't going to be able to stay there that night because it was ridiculously loud. We couldn't determine any cause of the problem and asked the property manager to send someone b/c the house had become inhabitable. They said the contractor was out of town, so they couldn't send someone. They shouldn't have rented the place out if there wasn't someone available should an emergency situation arise. My husband had to find a tall ladder and disconnect each smoke detector in the enormous house. It took a lot of time, and we were supposed to be there relaxing. They did not compensate us in any way for doing their job. I was extremely uncomfortable staying there the rest of our vacation with small children and no functioning smoke detectors. Finally, the crib mattress was unsafe (way too soft and squishy!). Luckily, I brought my own travel crib.

Great time! House was so much fun for all our kids and the deck / view was amazing for all the adults. The 2-story game room is adjacent to the kitchen / family room without a door, so it can be loud if you have teenagers playing air hockey. The mini kids house is massive! Younger ones loved winding through it all and going down the indoor slides.
