Mountaineer Graduation Celebration

We had a GREAT time…the home was awesome! Very clean, huge space, well appointed and the game room was a big hit! Mega kudos to the Arcadian team for all their assistance and quick responses during our visit. Would definitely stay here again! Next time for an even longer stay!!!

Annual Mountain Reunion

The house had everything we needed! Amazing views and no scary road to get there. Perfect house, close to Blowing Rock and plenty to do. Pizza oven as promised. Host was very accommodating. Adult kids are already asking us to book it again for next year.

There are simply too many good to say about this house. It’s beautiful, fun, clean, and has anything you could need. The location is perfectly situated between Blowing Rock & Boone and the views are stunning. Our group of 12 ranged from 7 months to 80 years old and it was loved by all. I will share this property far and wide & can’t wait to book again.

Thanksgiving in the NC Mountains

It was wonderful. Plenty of room and things to do for all ages. The pictures in the ads had some people apprehensive but the cabin was so much better. It is a great location and was awesome for our family reunion. We love it and need to return as soon as we can.

Family Time

Our family gathered in the perfect place. The house has 3 levels and had plenty of room to spread out all 18 members. The property was perfect to entertain the group of all ages. The kitchen was great and provided us with a great meal and all the needed for preparing the feast. The house is close to Tweetsie and Mystery Hill the places our youngest wanted to visit. The grocery runs were close and easy also. Not one compliant was given from anyone! More than once, I heard this was the best vacation ever from children to adults! The view was beautiful too and God even through in a Rainbow for the full effect of the place! Get your peace of heaven on earth!

Fun with beautiful views

First - Julie with Arcadian was such a treat to deal with - helpful beyond compare. House is very large and the hit of the stay was the Arcade - great for all the little ones AND the adults ! Beds comfortable, kitchen small but had everything you needed, and outdoor porches as well as THE SLIDE provided a lot of enjoyment! Just a great place for our family to unite, relax, and have fun

Special time with friends in a special place

We had an amazing time! The kids loved the game room and the movie room. The adults loved the decks! Wonderful place to spread out and enjoy the mountain air. We played golf and went tubing- both close by. Thank you again!

Mom Turned 80!

This house is a true mountain house! Not an ounce of sheet rock to be found…Lovely wood everywhere. House is in overall good condition and everybody complimented on how comfortable their beds were. We were able to make five cars work but had to juggle access when somebody needed to leave. Four cars would fit perfectly. You can actually stack more but you would have to do a lot of juggling unless you only take the car in the back. The only note is there was basically no start up items at the house other than shampoo and body wash. We found it to be a bit underserved for the Size and Price and had to immediately make a trip to the store to buy basics. We have reported that to the property manager so hopefully future renters will not experience the same thing. Overall it is a very nice house and we built lovely memories sitting on the back deck! We were a group of 15 and we fit fine since two were kids. There is ample getaway space for different groups to do their thing. Quick and easy access to both Blowing Rock and Boone.

Beautiful views and tons of fun!

We had 15 for our family vacay. The house was perfect. So much room and everyone had space to themselves. Porch view is beautiful. Morning coffee on that porch is a must! The location is closer to Blowing Rock. The driveway is steep. We had 4 vehicles between us and usually had to back up the driveway to get out of it. But that is not a deal breaker to stay here! The kids said this was a great vacation! Definitely book this property!

Wonderful Property

This was an amazing place to stay for our family. The game room alone was fantastic as was the movie theater. The location was ideal and a short drive to Blowing Rock or Boone. The views from the back porch are spectacular. The house was extremely well equipped. Laura was our concierge and was better than anyone could hope for. She was super responsive and helpful with suggestions. We also paid her to cook meals for our group of 17 for four nights and the food was exceptionally great and plentiful. I would love to do this again. I can't imagine a better place to stay.

Absolutely Stunning!!

This is the easily the most amazing vacation rental house we have ever stayed at! The game room is unbelievable. You can spend hours on end in there. The views are just breathtaking. Anything you could possibly think of, it's there. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Hot tub, sauna, the hiking path through the woods. Between the grills and the pizza oven we didn't even go out to eat, no reason to leave the property, and cannot wait to stay longer next time we are back!

Great place and location

This was one of the nicest mountain cabins I have stayed in. There was something for everyone, it was clean, spacious, well kept. The thoughtful touches such as candy in the movie room, welcome gift, and communication were fantastic. Truly appreciated. The only downside would be the parking. We only had three cars but if you have any more someone will be blocked in. But, hey, you're in the mountains, on a mountain. Hardly a complaint. If house is available, take it. We will come here again with family. We had such a good time.
