“A little noise from the restaurant on street level, but great location on South Street if you're going to spend time here or in the surrounding neighborhood. I was taken back by the fact that they questioned me as to why I was renting the room, like I was going to have a party. I'm almost 50, not in my 20's. Otherwise I would probably stay again, and at just over $100 a night. It was a good deal.”

“Good location, close to everything in the Museum District. On-site staff was helpful and attentive. The drawer on the bathroom vanity was broken when we arrived, and there was also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing, requiring several visits from Maintenance after we informed Sosuites via text. The dishwasher was visibly broken when we arrived, and stayed broken throughout our 7-day stay. Worse, we learned from maintenance that the company had a repair order for the washer before we rented it……

“Overall, my stay was satisfactory; however, the communication throughout the experience left much to be desired. The front desk staff appeared disengaged and unprofessional, making the check-in process more difficult than it should have been. When traveling, a welcoming and courteous front desk experience sets the tone for a guest's stay. Unfortunately, the lack of engagement and poor customer service created an uninviting atmosphere. I hope the property will place greater emphasis on customer……
