Despite your rudeness and being unruly at the lobby, you were nicely assisted and advised by the Front Desk Officer to contact EXPEDIA for your refund request since your reservation and payment was made thru their office. As it was explained to you, due to enhanced community quarantine, flights were not allowed to enter Metro Manila. We hope you understand that the reason for this declaration was the COVID-19 and which apparently became a global pandemic. We understand your sentiments however, not giving you your money back right away as you demanded at the front desk was not because our service is terrible but because it should undergo a reasonable and right procedure the way you made your reservation.
