We had the best service we have ever received traveling. The staff were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay White Sands is in the perfect location. The food and beverages were delicious and priced well.

The staff are very friendly. The customer service is excellent and the facilities are nice. This is a beach front property and the pool is right before you step off the beach which is a perfect location considering your feet has sands if your coming back from the beach.

Really enjoyed my stay here and all made possible only by the outstanding contributions from the staff working at this place. Highly recommend this place, right next to the beach. Plenty of local amenities and amazing sunset view. The hotel was really nice to stay at and the staff were just amazing. The ladies at the reception were really helpful and the young lad on the top floor got all the cleaning done at a speck. Anyone staying here should definitely book here and I’m hoping they’re paying them well as the staff went on and beyond.

The staffs are wonderful! Comfortable bed and clean room. Unfortunately there was a terrifying big roach on the ceiling. Given that incident I still give this hotel 4 out of 5 rating. It is super close to everything specially the beach! They also have wonderful singers that comes every night for live music while having a drink on their bar or while swimming in their pool.

The property is a typical simple room. We just don’t understand the salutation that everyone is giving to every guest , for us , we really don’t appreciate it .. this particular salutation is given for Muslim when we went to visit Dubai .. and Kuwait ., this is Philippines , !!!the place is conveniently located right in front of the water .. it is an okay accommodation , just get rid of the salutation

Conveniently located on the beach. The staff are very nice. However, we stayed in a room where the shower door doesn't close and there's foul smell coming from the drain. We asked for an odor remover to be placed in the bathroom, worked for a bit but ended up changing rooms after a day.The barriers on the stairs also broke while we were there. Elavator doesn't work but we dont mind taking the stairs.Breakfast is ok. Stained one of the pillowcases so i have to pay for that. I didn't mind, its written in their rules. Overall, the stay was ok.

Traveling with my 15 year old daughter, I knew i wanted to be near the beach and the strip. This place was conveniently located right on the beach and just a two minute walk to the strip. When not in the ocean we enjoyed the nice pool. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel property was clean with friendly staff, and the room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Though there’s a lot of renovation and the elevator was broken during our stay, the staff and their service is highly recommended! Staff checked our needs often and accommodated us very well. The food was very tasty and my kids loved the Filipino breakfast options!
