Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Bordeaux, l’appartement est conforme à la description : Point positif : bien situé, proche des trams, de la Cité du Vin. Le parking privatif est très appréciable, l’appartement est bien sécurisé. La terrasse est très grande. Confortable (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants) et globalement propre. Point négatif : le volet roulant principal ne fonctionne pas. On nous annonce que c’est arrivé le matin même, pourtant un récent commentaire laisse à penser le contraire. Propreté du canapé limite, mais les draps et coussins OK. Télécommande à revoir, mais c’est un détail.

Belle vue mais état de l'appartement horrible

Le ménage n'est pas bien fait, il y a de la poussière partout et il y a des traces sur la vaisselle. L'évier de la cuisine s'est bouché, on a dû tout déboucher nous-même et vider le drain de la douche qui était dégueulasse et n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis plusieurs mois. La box de la télé du salon ne fonctionnait pas. Une chaise s'est cassée lorsqu'un membre de ma famille s'est assis dessus, ils avaient en fait rafistolés cette chaise avec de la colle et des straps au lieu d'en acheter une nouvelle, on a demandé un dédommagement car la personne s'est blessée au cou et au pied, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse.

Le couchage du lit est confortable , le logement bien situé proche d'un arrêt tramway , terrasse agréable ( sauf en cas de canicule ) points négatifs a améliorés : - pas de clim - les 2 fauteuils déchirés - remise des clefs au départ compliqué : valises a emmener au sous sol garage , sortir la voiture du garage et trouver une place a l'extérieur ( très compliqué ) , retourné au logement pour y laissé les clefs sur la table . - personne pour état des lieux départ

The place is nice and well located near the Hangars riverside. However we are still waiting for the whopping deposit we paid at the start of our stay. The property contact does not respond to messages and has now even blocked us on WhatsApp. Beware of Sejourneur, never book with them.

J’ai été prélevé 200 € de cochon car la vaisselle n’a pas été faite au départ Lors de l’arrivée, il n’y a pas eu d’État des lieux j’ai dû moi-même prendre des photos pour envoyer à la gérante ce qui était cassé En plus de ça la vaisselle était cassé la moitié des verts étaient fissurés une armoire n’avait pas de Poignée Et on me précise qu’il y a un lave-vaisselle alors qu’il n’y en avait aucun dans la location Je trouve que c’est de l’arnaque car aucun état des lieux n’a été fait en présence du gérant
