Located on the 2nd floor, it has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (Wifi, basic products, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, TV, iron, fan).
Equipped with a bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm), and a convertible sofa (in 140cm) it will be ideal to accommodate 4 people!

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

THE LOCATION

Facing the Gare Saint-Jean, you have a quality location, close to all places of interest! The tramway line C passes 100 meters from the apartment, and serves all the strategic places of the city.

From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Airport stop to the Gare Saint-Jean stop and walk 1 minute.

From Gare St Jean :
Walk 1 minute.

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and holidays.
The apartment has no parking, the public car park "Place de la Victoire" is located 200 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is 19€ for the day.
