Villa Parenthèse is a 320m² single-storey villa, set in 10,000m² of land where there is a magnificent swimming pool.
The Villa is located in Saint André de Cubzac, a town nestled in the heart of the world-famous Bordeaux vineyards and above all the last stop before the Gironde Estuary. Only 30 minutes from Bordeaux, you can enjoy a stay combining the calm of the countryside and the excitement of such a dynamic city.
The house is ideal for families, groups of friends, groups of employees… and moreover it is suitable for people with reduced mobility. The Villa Parenthèse will guarantee you a pleasant stay!
The owners live on site with their dog, do not hesitate to ask questions if you need.

The house was perfect for our needs. We had one member of our party that is confined to a wheelchai.

Our only problem was that we did not get instructions on the heating system when checking in and it got cold. Also had a plumbing issue. But the house was otherwise terrific! We would go back to it.

Ruime, leuke villa met prachtig terras en zwembad

Hele fijne villa als je bijvoorbeeld met meerdere gezinnen op vakantie bent. De villa is voorzien van alle praktische materialen in de keuken, badkamer... Zeer fijn terras met mooi zwembad. We hebben ervan genoten.
