「The host was very responsive and friendly. It was a lovely yard and being close to the water was wonderful. however it was lacking in amenities like body soap, shampoo, basic spices salt, pepper etc. and the water was non potable so we had to buy drinking water daily.」

「The property was exceptional but I was disappointed by the welcome from the host. They made no attempt to contact me prior to my visit and I had to contact them. Details of how to access the property were not given until I asked for them.
If I book a property I expect the hosts to contact me immediately to welcome me and give me essential details like directions and how to pick up the key.
Also the listing and even their own brochure stated a check out of 11.00 am but I was told I had to...
