"The property is well located, a short walk from the town centre. It has effective air conditioning and good WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. There is a great lido nearby and bicycle hire is also recommended to enjoy the cycle paths in and around the city. Isabella was quick to respond to messages and always happy to help."

Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und konnten uns jede Frage beantworten. Das Apartment liegt etwas abseits aber das ist kein Problem gewesen. Alles in allem sehr schön. "The location was excellent for people travelling by train, just a few minutes from the train station. Perfect for a short stay with trips by train to the surroundings. Although the kitchen/sitting room is very small it is very well equipped and the bedroom is very cosy. We appreciated the absolutly quiet location in the backyard! It was our first "automatic check in" and we were surprised how well it worked. Altogether a very nice experience and we would definitely return if we came to Mantova...

"Building smelled strongly of urine as soon as we walked into the property. Owner said it would take 30 minutes to clean the bathroom. “Double bed” was a mattress on the floor. Property should be advertised as a hostel for accuracy. Refused to stay in a property with such poor conditions and accommodations. Left immediately."

"I thought the staff was excellent!! Very friendly & helpful. The bathtub is dangerous to stand in and take a shower. It’s very slippery, and getting out without anything other than a glass door that is bit sucre and moves is not good. My bed was made, but noticed someone else’s hair was still on the sheets with some dead insects. Last but not least, the chemical odor in the hallway is horrible. Not sure how they can’t smell that and not get sick from it."
