“Everything was exactly as advertised — clean, convenient, comfortable. We didn’t actually use the pool but it wouldn’t let me leave a review without commenting on it; however it looked nice. Just as a note: Check-in instructions and rental agreement come from the owner herself and not through VRBO, so they might land in your spam filter — check that! “I stayed here for 4 nights while volunteering at the American Express golf tournament at PGA West in La Quinta. Outstanding location in Old Town La Quinta. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Very cozy living room and very comfortable bed. Large walk in closet, and great wifi reception. I didn’t use it but the pool was just in back of the building. Highly recommend this unit for a single person or couple.”

“The property and unit were fine, but had a number issues , some were dealt with in a timely fashion others were not. We advised our host on the first day that cable channels not working, I suggested it was a faulty box, someone came two days later and took the box and never returned with a working one, so no cable for our 2 week stay. No butcher knife, only a broken paring knife, eventually got a new butcher knife after 7 days. The safe to store valuables never worked and I did advise them of……
