Good location for where we wanted to be, attractive area and building, clean, with helpful staff. But the check-in was tricky in the dark and we and other guests had to ask for help. The room was tiny and having our bathroom across a shared hallway wasn’t pleasant or convenient (especially during the night). Needing three separate door codes to move about at all times was a real nuisance. The door code mechanism lit up, bleeped and whirred loudly, waking up your partner if you used the bathroom at night. So I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation, sorry.

The toilet flush needs twice every time. No elevator with luggage’s. For their convenience, our inconvenience to the max. Room is tight and mine even had a window which needs to be replaced and still give it to the customer. Total disaster.

Fairly spacious room with clean bathroom and mini fridge a nice touch. Wish there was a smart tv though. The blinds were also not helpful enough when it comes to blocking out the soon so I should’ve brought a sleep mask. Overall though a seamless hotel check in and very smooth experience with very very minor nitpicky complaints. I would come back tbh.

My trips to Boston is for business and I just need a place to take a shower and sleep in a secured bedroom, and Maverick offers what I am looking for. The area is great, many options for eating and public transportation is close to the hotel.

The property was in a good location and was clean. The code for the door didn’t work and I had to call for them to change it. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the lights would not come on but the ceiling fan wouldn’t turn off. It was freezing in there when I arrived and there were signs not to turn on the heat or the ac no matter how tempting but the ac was clearly on when I arrived. The towels were thin and tiny, it took a really long time for the water to get hot and it barely came out for a shower. It was 3 flights of dimly lit very narrow dark carpeted stairs, I had to use my phone flashlight to see the steps and also to find my room. They sent a handyman the next day and I left him a list of things to do but the overhead light was more of a very dim night light and did not light the room. The most expensive place I have ever paid for personally, it was supposed to be my luxury nights but ended up being a nightmare. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. I do NOT recommend.

Good value for the money based on location. The apt is basic. Only issue is that the entry process was not clear so had to call for help which was a hassle.

Die Lage ist gut für den Bostonmarathon. Der Stadtteil ist ruhig und gediegen. Jeder tür in der Unterkunft hat einen Türcode und man miss sich drei Codes merken und zB bei jedem Toilettengang eingeben.
