The apartment is clean and spacious and looks like the photos provided, but it is located in the middle of a huge construction area (that looks like a bombed out war zone), which means EXTREME NOISE of jackhammers, earthmovers etc. starting at 7am everyday, including Sunday. It is not typical street noise as stated in the description of the property. As a result, I couldn't sleep. I called to complain about false representation and asked to check out early and get a refund, but they were very uncooperative, even rude. If you don't mind staying in an ugly, noisy war-zone-like area, the apartment is good. Otherwise I would look for other options. P.S. the construction of this whole block is only beginning, so I would wait a couple of years from this review if you want to avoid this.
