The hotel is reasonably clean and has good parking. Its clearly an older property that was somewhat renovated. Ok for what it is and the location is good if you need to be in Cambridge.

The room was clean. Although the carpet throughout the hotel was stained in many places. The staff was very friendly, warm and helpful. Parking convenient on site and no charge. The sink in our bathroom had been painted black and was peeling. Overall cosmetically leaves a lot to be desired. And the walls are paper thin. Heard conversations word for word and every time someone walked on the floor above us it was loud. I really wanted to like this place because it was priced just over $300 a night and convenient to our sons university but I wouldn't stay again.

Bathroom had hair in the shower and on the counter and a hand towel appeared to have been used. Shower had red ring around it suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time.

The property is tired with old carpeting, painted plumbing fixtures a la Chip & Joanna Gaines, peeling paint, dated furnishings, and the weirdest closet contraption ever. The $14 breakfast is just plain sad with powdered eggs and stale bagels, but the back door entrance to Starbucks is handy. On a prior stay, I was billed for parking, when I had no vehicle, just Uber! Read your invoice before checkout!

This hotel was perfect, very clean and the staff where exemplary and very helpful. Great transport links to the city of Boston. Very close to shops, eateries. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, restraunt and bar, and beautiful seating area to sit after a long day exploring. 10/10

The staff were friendly at first. On our first day I noticed that the room hadn’t been vacuumed. We wanted to go for dinner at the hotel but the menu was very limited (maybe 5 items). On our third night we came back to our room with the door left unlatched and we had a mouse in the room. We had to move to another room at midnight. On our last day we were searching for a garment bag left in the first room but they didn’t call room service they just gave us the keys to the rooms, so we had to leave without it. Upon returning to Ottawa I called and they had finally found the bag. It cost me $90 cdn for the shipping back to Ottawa.

Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. The location is really excellent. The air conditioner was a bit loud and the toilet leaks enough that it would refill every so often. I should have mentioned it to the staff but honestly didn’t want to have to have to move rooms or have maintenance enter the room while we were using it.
