-Check-in time is 4:00pm - 10:00pm.
-Check out time is 10:00 am. Late check-out will incur a fee of $200/hr. Subject to approval and MUST be notified in advance. Without any advance notice you will automatically charge $500/hr.
-Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home.
-Turn off the stove, lights, oven, and AC/heater when leaving home
-Remove shoes before entering the home. Do not wear any shoes on the carpets.
-Place dirty dishes in Dishwasher and start cycle
- For long-term stays (over 30 days), deep cleaning can be requested for $450 per cleaning. This process takes at least 4hours. There is no daily housekeeping. We need atleast 48hour notice.
-BOOKING REQUIREMENTS :The account holder must be present for the entire stay

• Safety & Personal Property: Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and belongings. The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, death, or loss/damage of personal belongings occurring during the stay, to the extent permitted by law.
