* Please do not access any prohibited areas or any other floors in this home. Failure to follow this instruction will result in additional charges and we reserve the right to evict any guests who don't oblige without a refund.

*Please note that the master bedroom and living room share the same open space.

*No pets.

*A government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.

*In adherence to the city's noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 9pm. Our property resides in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Any infringement of this ordinance will be promptly reported to VRBO, and necessary actions, including involving local authorities and our security team, will be taken to ensure compliance.

*We install a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels and is compliant with VRBO guidelines. No events, large gatherings, or loud music are permitted. We reserve the right to evict any guests who don't oblige without a refund.

*No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit and will result in a $300 cleaning fee to scrub the walls, clean carpets and run ozone machines.

*Packages may not be sent prior to arrival.

*No extra/overnight guests (we reserve the rights to cancel your reservation if there are more than the stated number of guests in your reservation)

- Late checkout: $50/ 30 minutes
- Tamper of Doorbell System: $500
- Parties/Events: $1,000
