"This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though. "

"This place is such a Vibe!!! Great and friendly staff. The shuttle from the bus stations is a fantastic perk. We had a traditional Japanese room and my kids loved it ! The restaurant is fantastic! We ate there 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there. We regret regretted not eating there the third. Fantastic buffet breakfast before hitting the slopes. We even made custom screen print sweaters with artist Akari with Spin designs. I can’t say enough about this little Gem ! We will be back. "

"Green Plaza Hakuba is an absolute gem for families looking to hit the slopes—tons of fresh snow and endless fun! We loved the convenience of having delicious meals right in the hotel, from hearty breakfasts to satisfying lunches and dinners. Ski rentals were easy to grab on-site, along with all the gear and extras you could need for a perfect ski adventure. Highly recommend for a hassle-free winter getaway!"

"The hotel is not the most convenient to Hakuba town, but it is quite and there is a shuttle to two ski resorts (limited to three times a day, each way). The breakfast is a great way to start the day and the onsen is a nice place to relax after a day of skiing. The rooms are vintage charm, but the staff are so very friendly."

"This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a more traditional Japanese stay while in a ski town! The lady at the front desk was amazing and super helpful! The onsen was a great added bonus! The breakfast was always very good! Good location between happo one and the bus terminal. Also ski rentals are very close. Everything in walking distance. "

"This hotel was absolutely incredible. It’s located just five minutes from Happo-One, which made getting to the slopes unbelievably convenient. The ski shuttle service the hotel provides is also fantastic. Whenever you want to ski, you simply go down to the ski concierge, let them know you’re heading out, and they’ll have all of your gear ready—clean, dry, and warm. Then they drive you straight to the mountain of your choice. It honestly couldn’t be easier. Yes, the hotel is on the pricier...

"Saiko san and Li made my stay very accommodating. I felt like i was at home. Everything was awesome. So close to the Hakuba station and close to food, shopping and, of course, the ski resorts. Hakuba is a gem, but Hakuba West Coast inn is a great place to stay. Saiko-san speaks perfect english and made everyones stay with her a very special memory."

"This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! "
