“The hotel room is very nice and clean. Also very convenient for skier as there is separate ski locker and dryer room entrance after you back from the ski resort. The dinner and breakfast is impressive and delicious! Last but not least, there is onsen in the hotel which refresh us for the next day’s snowboarding.”

“Lovely place to stay. Cute ryokan style room with own toilet and sink. Onsen downstairs was ok but there are lots of onsens to explore in area for bathing after skiing. Location was excellent. A short walk to main Happo bus terminal. Also very short walk to Hakuba Valley Shuttle bus stop and skiing at Nakiyama slope. Not much of a walk to Happo Gondola either. Really enjoyed our stay with fresh matcha tea making stuff every day as well as a little treat - usually a kitkat or mandarin :)”

“Ken to picked me up and dropped me off at the JR station. The building is showing its age but it’s clean and well maintained. The Onsen is nothing special but I liked it. Breakfast was amazing and the location is a awesome! Two doors down from the information Center! Would definitely stay again!”

“This is a small hotel run by an old couple. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty and more than enough. We had a pleasant stay and for sure we will stay in this hotel again when we go to Hakuba next year. ”
