「Excellent. Nice and clean. Convenience place in Hakuba. Only drawback is master bed room close to main road. Could be a bit noisy.」

「We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through Expedia, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Happo One Gondola Adam—and very peaceful.」

「We stayed at the Apartments Hakuba last minute when our original hotel proved to be extremely dirty and uncomfortable. The owners were quick to respond which made our last minute booking easy! Only thing I would change is making the beds more comfortable and providing some coffee or at least a standard coffee pot, only option was a little Nescafe machine where you needed specific pods, so we had to leave to grab coffee each day since we didnt have a car. Also, I called the main number to book a...

"This is a nice budget hotel. The hotel is a bit outdated, but the room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff are nice and helpful, fluent in English. Good facilities - big lockers for skis/boots, big common area, indoor/outdoor onsen. It is up on the hilly slope. That's the only drawback, but it can still consider as that it is located at a convienent location in Happo One. We were happy to be able to book a room there at last minute (before it is sold out!) - to attend the Happo One Fire Festival. "
