「My husband and I had an excellent stay here! Most comfortable bed that we had between all of our hotels in Japan. But mostly, the staff was excellent. They truly went above and beyond, and are so kind and helpful. The only cons I can think of is that the breakfast is on the average side, but certainly enough food, and that the laundry drier takes forever. 「The owner and his family are the nicest ever. He went beyond his service and helped us arrange bento and transportation when we were in a rush to catch the train. We were overwhelmed by his warmth and the excellence service. There was a French restaurant at the hotel, and Masa san the owner was also the chef himself. The French food was authentic and delicate. 「The property was so beautiful and well maintained. There were 4 of us and the room we had was huge! The staff was incredibly helpful with booking our lift tickets and coordinating with the rental companies for equipment pick up and drop off. They even helped us book a private taxi back to the train station. Only a couple mins from Evergreen ski school and the happo one lift. Also, the little sandwiches and cereal they had in the morning was a perfect snack to start the day before our activities....
